After\nobtaining the patient\u2019s medical history, the entire oral cavity is examined,\nand the patient is sent to have an X-ray done. The next visit is scheduled, and\nif any urgent services are required, they are performed immediately.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The patient is also made familiar with the basics of oral\nhygiene, correct tooth brushing and the importance of plaque removal.
